Custom software for clinics, practices and health startups.
Patient portals, provider dashboards, clinical workflow tools, telehealth and integrations — designed around how your team actually works, and built to support HIPAA-compliant handling of patient data.
Off-the-shelf healthcare software fits the average clinic. You aren’t one.
Most practices run on a patchwork: an EHR that does charting well and everything else badly, a separate booking tool, paper or PDF intake, payments in another system, and staff copying data between them. Each tool is fine on its own. The gaps between them are where time, revenue and patient experience leak away.
Healthcare software development closes those gaps. We build the pieces your current stack is missing — or the whole platform, when that’s what the business needs — and connect them to the systems you keep. You get software shaped around your workflow instead of a workflow bent around someone else’s product.
We’re a small senior team, so the people you meet on the first call are the people who design and build it.
Most projects begin in one of these places.
Healthcare software, built to fit your workflow.
Every project uses only the pieces it needs. This is the range we build from, not a fixed package.
Patient portals
Records, visit history, documents and secure messaging in one place, under your brand.
Provider dashboards
A working queue with patient context, intake answers and history on one screen instead of five tabs.
Clinical workflow tools
Protocol-driven questionnaires, review and sign-off flows, and task routing between staff and providers.
Telehealth
Asynchronous (store-and-forward) and live video or chat visits, in one platform or added to yours.
Scheduling & payments
Real availability, reminders, visit payments, deposits and memberships wired into the same flow.
Integrations
EHR, e-prescribing, pharmacy, lab and payment integrations where the vendor’s API supports them.
AI-assisted features
Intake conversations and visit summaries that save provider time, without handing clinical decisions to a model.
Admin & reporting
Back-office tools for operations teams, plus dashboards on volume, turnaround and revenue.
Ongoing support
Monitoring, fixes and next-phase features after launch. Production software is never finished.
We built 24hrdoc’s telemedicine platform from scratch.
Frontend, backend, infrastructure, patient and provider workflows, and the admin panel clinicians use every day — designed and engineered by our team.
From scoping call to production.
Discovery & architecture
We map your workflow, users, data and integrations, then propose an architecture and a phased plan.
Design & build
Patient, provider and admin experiences built in parallel. You review working software every week or two.
Integration & testing
Integrations wired in and tested against real workflows, including access rules and edge cases.
Launch & support
We launch with you and stay on for fixes, adjustments and the next phase.
Build it custom, or start from TAIOS.
TAIOS is our own AI clinical intake product. If your workflow is close to standard, it’s usually the faster, cheaper path. Custom work is for everything it doesn’t fit.
Healthcare software, built for you
- Built around your exact workflow and branding
- Fits your existing tools, EHR and integrations
- You own the resulting codebase
- Right when a general product can’t fit
TAIOS
- White-label AI intake, with triage and follow-up agents in development
- Faster to launch than a ground-up build
- Predictable subscription pricing
- Right for clinics with a standard workflow
How we approach HIPAA and security.
Compliance is a property of how a system is designed and operated — not a badge a vendor can hand you.
Designed for PHI from day one
We identify what protected health information the system touches, keep it to the minimum needed, and design storage, access and logging around it from the first architecture discussion — not as a retrofit.
Access and audit
Role-based access so staff see what their job needs, authentication suited to clinical users, and audit trails of who viewed or changed what.
Encryption and infrastructure
Data encrypted in transit and at rest, on cloud infrastructure and third-party services chosen because their providers support HIPAA workloads and sign Business Associate Agreements.
AI with guardrails
When AI features are involved, we minimize what patient data reaches the model, keep clinical decision logic in deterministic rules, and keep a provider in the loop.
Your obligations stay yours
As the covered entity you keep responsibility for policies, training and risk assessments. We build software that supports a compliant operation and are upfront about where its responsibilities end and yours begin.
Tell us what you’re building.
Share a bit about your practice or product and what you need. We’ll reply within one business day — and tell you plainly whether custom development or an existing product is the better fit.
- A reply within one business day
- An honest read on custom build vs. TAIOS
- A concrete scope and timeline after a call
More ways we help clinics.
Healthcare software questions.
Patient portals, provider dashboards, telehealth platforms, clinical workflow and intake tools, scheduling and payment flows, AI-assisted intake and summaries, and integrations with EHR, pharmacy and lab systems.
There is no official HIPAA certification for software vendors, so be careful with anyone claiming one. What matters is how the system is designed and run: minimal PHI, access controls, audit logs, encryption, and infrastructure from providers that sign Business Associate Agreements. That’s how we build.
Where your EHR exposes an API (many support FHIR or vendor-specific APIs), yes. Access sometimes needs approval from the vendor. We check this in discovery and tell you plainly if an integration isn’t possible.
Yes. For custom builds, you own the resulting codebase.
It depends on scope. Adding intake and booking to an existing system is weeks; a full patient and provider platform is months. We give you a concrete, phased timeline after a scoping call.
If an existing product fits your workflow, buying is usually faster and cheaper — including our own TAIOS platform. Custom development makes sense when your workflow, brand or integrations don’t fit what’s available. We’ll tell you which applies.
