The workflow layer between intake and outcome
Structured Intake Questionnaires
Protocol-driven questions that route by symptom or service line, replacing free-text forms your staff has to interpret manually.
Provider Review Queues
A queue providers work through asynchronously — approve, request more info, or escalate to a live visit.
Synchronous Video/Chat Add-On
A live consultation path for cases that need it, wired into the same queue as your async intake.
Automated Follow-Ups
Scheduled check-ins after a visit, with anything abnormal flagged back to a provider instead of silently closing out.
Refill Request Handling
Routine refill requests routed for fast provider sign-off, without becoming another inbox someone has to babysit.
Patient Messaging
Secure messaging tied to the same record as intake and visit history, instead of a disconnected inbox.
Most platforms need both, used deliberately
Asynchronous (store-and-forward) care lets a patient submit information — a questionnaire, photos, symptom history — for a provider to review on their own schedule. It works well for routine, well-defined visits. Synchronous care, live video or chat, is reserved for cases that genuinely need real-time interaction. We design the routing logic that decides which path a given case takes, so providers aren’t doing live visits for intake work async could handle, or being asked to make real-time judgment calls with too little information.
